Our Promise to Make It Right

At El Jefe’s Sizzle Dust, we’re a small family-run business that takes great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Because our seasonings are food products, all sales are final—but if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products once they’ve been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert business email]. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review the issue and work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at eljefessizzledust@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate, as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
