El Jefe’s Sizzle Dust began as a simple family recipe that took years to perfect. What started at home with mixing, weighing, and labeling by hand became a way to teach our kids about hard work and responsibility. Today we partner with a professional copacker who bottles and packages our seasonings at scale. Our family still runs the business, and the kids are learning the operations side, from managing inventory to handling real orders and decisions.
